In web years, I'm approximately 137 years old. Running and playing soccer, cooking, goofing around with my two daughters, and consuming lots of brown, caffeinated beverages are what keep me from feeling like it.

The defining theme of my career has been growth – building great teams, nurturing creative cultures, and working alongside market disruptors to bring about both incremental and large-scale change. Fundamental to this growth has been my ability to translate often complex ideas into compelling narratives, stories that move people to action.

I helped build the first broadband Internet provider in the country, crafted the voice and messaging for some of the biggest online advertisers during the first dot-com wave, co-founded one of the Top 25 interactive agencies in the U.S., grew a 3 person digital team into a 25+ strong powerhouse, then started my own national award-winning boutique agency and steered it for nearly a decade as the managing partner.

My work has taken me to Chicago, New York, Paris, LA, San Francisco, the rural midwestern plains and the shores of Brazil. I’ve crossed paths with scientists and rock stars, corporate CEOs and Congressmen, Olympic gold medalists and billionaire investors. But, what I’m most proud of is the direct impact my work has had on dozens of brands that have been able to grow, flourish, and, in various ways, make the world a better place.
